Custom cutouts are made of corrugated plastic. All cutouts are water and UV resistant making them suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Production time for proof is 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday)

>3 Revisions are available (Font change, Positions, color change). 
There is A fee for full design change so please be as detailed as possible in your description.

>All orders will ship within 48 hours after proof has been approved.

>If orders are needed within 10 days please add rush order fee to order

Virtuous Media will not be held responsible if production or shipping is delayed due to customer not approving order proofs in a timely manner.  We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, pandemic delays, and/or weather delivery delays. 

**DUE TO ALL ORDERS BEING CUSTOM NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR RETURNS WILL APPLY.**

IF DESIGN PROCESS HAS BEGUN AND CUSTOMER NEEDS TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON, A CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN THAT WILL  EXPIRE 365 DAYS FROM DATE THE CREDIT IS ISSUED.
